Apex Auto Detail Booking Policy

At Apex Auto Detail, we value your time and ours. Please read our booking policy to ensure a smooth and efficient experience:

📅 Appointments:

  • All appointments must be scheduled online or via phone.

  • Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and available at the scheduled time.

  • We’ll need access to your outdoor water spigot and a regular power outlet to get your car looking its best. Without both, we won’t be able to complete the service — so please make sure they’re good to go before we arrive :)

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows:

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

⏰ Grace Period:

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, we may need to reschedule.

🚗 Vehicle Condition Disclaimer:

  • Prices are based on average vehicle condition. Extra charges may apply at our discretion for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglect.

  • Vehicles with excessive pet hair may incur a $30 cleaning fee to ensure proper removal.

  • We will inform you before starting if any additional charges apply.

🌦️ Weather Policy:

  • In case of severe weather, we may reschedule mobile appointments for safety and quality reasons.

💵 Payment:

  • Payment is due upon completion. We accept Cash, Card, Zelle, and Apple Cash

  • A 3% processing fee applies to all credit/debit card transactions. Cash, Zelle, and Apple Cash are accepted with no fee.
